Dr. Phillip Green is currently director of the Borgess Research Institute's Neurological Research Department and Medical Director of the Borgess Health Geriatric Assessment Center. He also serves as a principal investigator for multiple studies and has worked with all of the medications that are currently approved for Alzheimer's prior to their approval by the FDA. Dr. Green is a strong patient advocate and strives not only to improve the patient's quality of life, but also takes into consideration their family member/caregiver's needs and general well-being.
Dr. Green is currently on the Geriatric Task force for the Exam Development for Geriatric Neurology Boards. He continuously seeks to broaden professional horizons by attending conferences that keep him up on the latest treatment options/ trends. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, a member of the American Geriatric Society and ISTART - Alzheimer's Research Society.
